According to Robert Burgethout this photo is probably taken in Sept. or Oct. 1946, he deduces that the subs are, from left to right: Dolfijn (1), Tijgerhaai (1), O 21, Zwaardvis (1 and O 27. He also writes that it should be noted that the radar has not been installed on O 27 yet.

According to some sources the boat on the right is U-D3 (ex-O 25) and the photo  is taken in 1944 in Germany.
