These photos are taken by Ronal Zillig during the 2005 'dodenherdenking' at the WWII Submarine Service memorial in Den Helder. During the 'dodenherdenking', held nationwide every year on may 4th, the Dutch remember the people that have fallen during World War II and the wars thereafter.
